Shipping Policy

Once your payment has been received our team will add your order to the queue of processing orders – this process can take between 1 and 3 business days typically.

We will then use a courier service to deliver your items to you. We unfortunately cannot take responsibility for delays in the shipping process once in the hands of our couriers. While we do our best at ensuring the drivers are responsible and competent, in the end we have no more control over the delivery times during this phase than you do.

If you do encounter shipping issues, we will do our best to assist – though we ask for understanding and patience in this process, as much of the delivery at this point is out of our hands.

If you wish to enquire about delivery times and delivery issues – please first reach out to the relevant courier (which will be specified via email with your tracking number).

Please Note: To ensure that your order is delivered quickly as possible, make sure that your proof of payment is accurate and states your order number. Also ensure that you enter a valid phone number, as the courier may not be able to effect delivery until they have spoken to the recipient.
